How long does it take for me to receive my order? |

The time from when the order is placed until it is received it is called the total delivery time. The total delivery time is is divided in two parts: processing time and shipping time. Processing time is the time frame from when
the order was placed till when it was shipped. Shipping time is the time frame from when the item is sent from
our location till when it arrives to your address. Generally, processing time for most of our brands is 1-2 business
days. However, some of our brands may take longer than 1-2 business days. New orders are processed until 2
PM EST. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day. |
